The Sausage

Homemade beef and lamb sausage grilled to perfection. Optional toppings but we like it Dog best on our hearty roll with good stone ground mustard and a bit of pickled red onion.

Pork Belly Fries

Savory slow braised pork belly over a mound of fresh cut fries topped with Mexican Manchego cheese and a vinaigrette of malt vinegar, shallot, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper. This is not your normal loaded fries.

Bacon Cheese Corn

A Korean bar staple. Whole kernel corn tossed with mozzarella cheese, bacon, and other special ingredients. Topped with more cheese and baked in the oven for a wonderful tasty treat.

Chicken Quesadilla

An 8″ flour tortilla topped with seasoned chicken, red cabbage, onion, cilantro, chipotle aoli and cheddar-mozzarella blend. Top with another tortilla then grilled to melted perfection.

Pork Belly Sammy

A thick slice of slow braised pork belly on a Pan de Sal bun. Bacon Jam on the bottom and a thickened vinaigrette on top made with malt vinegar, shallot, thyme, and oregano.
